Having spent my childhood in many countries around the world where food and good nutrition were in short supply, I have developed a respect for food, good nutrition and our relationship with what we eat. I don’t believe that there is any perfect diet or that any foods should be classified as ‘bad’. I feel that each of our bodies have their unique requirements – all of which change and evolve depending on our needs at that time. Our eating habits are dictated largely by our circumstances, lifestlye and environment.
Food can and should make you look and feel great, and sometimes by making small changes in our diet and eating habits we can transform our relationship to food and the health of our body and mind.
