about

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and nutritional adviser.  I have always been interested in how the human body works and how we can feel at our best when we take a holistic approach to our lifestyle.  Having spent most of my childhood in East Africa and later living in various different countries around the world I have experienced many cultures and customs.  This has greatly influenced my outlook on life.

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from the power of touch and to feel healthy and balanced from the food they eat. In today’s busy world it is easy to neglect both these elements in our life.

After having my two children I started by studying ITEC level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, and following that I completed the ITEC Body Massage.  My interest in nutrition led me to study Diet and Nutritional Advice.  I have also qualified in Facial Acupressure.

I am passionate about health and well-being, but also about keeping things simple in this sometimes hectic world we live in!   In my free time I enjoy walking in our beautiful countryside, sea swimming, cooking for my family and travelling.

Massage and the benefits of human contact and touch are a requirement for a healthy lifestyle and a feeling of well-being.

Good nutrition and an understanding of how our food influences our health can be transformative as well as empowering.

I aim to provide an affordable and accessible service. I am based in Budleigh Salterton, and I only work with women.

I am fully insured and a member of the FHT (www.fht.co.uk).
